Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described

Contact us immediately with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking details. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law. For an item that arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly, the store bears the reasonable return postage.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

• Contact us within 15 days of the original purchase.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Provide the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website.
• Use tracked return shipping at your cost.

There is no handling deduction. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays only the tracked return postage. That postage does not apply when the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Purchases made through a third-party retailer must be returned to that retailer.

Cancelling before dispatch

An order may be cancelled free of charge until it ships. Contact us promptly because orders are usually prepared within 24 hours. Once packing and shipping have started, the change-of-mind return terms apply.

Refund timing

The source policy states that refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the returned item is received and checked. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you ask for store credit. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Start a return

Email theteam@customersupport.care before sending anything. Include the order number, reason for return and tracking details when available. We will provide the correct return destination for the supplier that fulfilled the item.

If the matter is not resolved, follow our complaints handling policy. You may also seek independent advice about remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
