Cookie policy

What we set, and why

Necessary

Your basket, delivery choice and any discount are kept in your browser so the cart survives a page reload. Checkout details are sent to our server when you start payment. Your cookie choice is also saved in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.

Optional advertising and analytics measurement

Google Ads measurement loads only after you select Accept. For a confirmed paid order, it can send Google a hashed transaction reference, verified order value, product codes, quantities and currency to measure advertising results and avoid counting the same purchase twice. Our purchase event does not include your name, email, phone number, address or card details. Google may also process browser and advertising identifiers through its tag.

Google Analytics is configured and requires your consent. Declining optional measurement does not prevent checkout or affect your order.

Support tools

Our support chat and shared feedback form process connection information and the details you choose to submit. Checkout recovery retains the contact and address details you enter in this browser until payment is confirmed.

During payment

Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies on their own checkout pages. Those are theirs and are covered by their policies.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings to change your choice. Declining withdraws consent for subsequent optional measurement; it does not erase data already sent. You can also clear site data in your browser, which will empty your basket as well.

With optional measurement consent, we retain bounded campaign labels, advertising click identifiers and the referring hostname in this browser for up to 30 days and save the permitted details privately with your checkout. No full referring URLs or customer contact details are included in purchase events. Refusing optional measurement does not affect checkout. The checkout and payment confirmation retain their essential order records.
